RSIN:807907224

The Foundation Christian Community in Rotterdam wants to be a community for Chinese-speaking and Dutch-speaking people, in which God (Father, Son, and Spirit) is in the center and worshipped. We want to be taught and edified by the Word of God, to be equipped and sent forth as devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

Management:

The church is managed by the church council and is formed by the ambassadors of this congregation.

The church council is ultimately responsible, which is expressed in matters such as the approval of the budget and the annual accounts.

Objective:

The aims of this foundation:

  1. Through living by God's grace in Jesus Christ the church fulfills the commission of her Lord to hear and proclaim His Word.
  2. Be involved in God's work in the world, therefore the church obeys the Holy Scripture as the only source and norm of the ecclesiastical proclamation and ministry, confessing the triune God: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  3. Forming congregations in the Netherlands, so that the basic principles of the Christian religion which focuses  on the belief in Jesus Christ as savior, can reach Dutch-speaking and Chinese-speaking people in the Netherlands
  4. To cooperate with other Christians, in the benefit for all Christians
  5. To promote work among Chinese youth and teens
  6. To collaborate with foundations that have affinities with proclaiming the Gospel in the Netherlands and in China.
